Hello,
My name is Jeremy Green. I'm a Creative Director, Choreographer, and, most importantly, an educator.
Many of you know me through Behind The Movement, the nonprofit organization I founded in 2015. What began as a dance showcase to raise funds for aspiring young dancers and their families has grown into a transformative training and mentorship program that has changed countless lives.
Every year, dancers come to Behind The Movement with a dream. Through professional-level training, mentorship, and opportunity, many of them have gone on to travel the world, build successful careers in entertainment, and accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach. Watching those dreams become reality has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
Since the beginning, I have personally funded the majority of Behind The Movement's operations because I have always believed that finances should never be the reason someone misses an opportunity. Keeping our programs affordable has remained a priority, and every year we provide scholarships so that no dancer is left behind because of financial hardship.
I want to be transparent. Over the past two years, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain Behind The Movement on my own. I've continued to personally cover expenses whenever possible to ensure our programs could move forward, but we've reached a point where I can't do it alone.
Today, I'm asking for the support of the community that has believed in this mission from the beginning.
We are officially launching the Behind The Movement Give Back Campaign with a goal of raising $50,000 to help sustain our operations and programming over the next year. Every contribution—regardless of the amount—will directly support dance education, mentorship, scholarships, and the experiences that continue to shape the next generation of artists.

Behind The Movement Project exists to support and cultivate the talents of youth and young adults through professional-level performance training, dance education, and mentorship.
